What you'll do:

  • Attend the monthlygroup and assisting the choir director with facilitation and administration of the group when required 
  • Facilitate the group in the event that the choir director is absent (full briefing to be carried out beforehand in any such situation)
  • Record attendance of the group and share this information with the Community Engagement Officer 
  • Ensure that the group is an inclusive and supportive space for all members 

Personal qualities most suited to the role: 

  • Volunteers will ideally be sociable people who are able to encourage good group dynamics and be mindful of the social needs of sometimes vulnerable individual members
