Silver Rainbow is a friendly group of older gay people living in and around Croydon, who meet for lunch twice a month on Wednesdays and Thursdays (see the Diary for current dates on www.silverrainbow.org.uk) from 12 noon to 2:30.
“The Metro 50+ group is a social group that meets every last Tuesday of the month for all lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people over 50. It is not a support group so is mainly run by and for its clients. There are two facilitators who will run some kind of activity for approx. 30minutes. The rest of the time is for ‘Tea and Chat’. It is a mixed gender group (currently more women attend than men but is usually 50/50) so caters for all genders and sexualities.
The group is for people who are looking for a place to be comfortable with their sexuality and meet friends. It is not a pick-up place and unwanted overtly sexual behavior is not tolerated. You are more than welcome to attend. For more information on the Metro Centre Click Here
